Home Trial in Coimbatore: how it works, step by step

What it is

• Our team brings up to 10 CHICX pieces to your home.
• You try them with your own clothes, in your own light.
• You pay only for what you keep — by UPI or cash.
• The visit is free. No booking fee, no minimum purchase, no pressure.

Step 1: Book a slot

Go to the Home Trial booking page. Choose a day and a two-hour window (11–1, 2–4, 4–6 or 6–8), and enter your address and WhatsApp number. It takes about a minute.

You can pick up to 10 pieces while you book, or skip that and tell us the occasion — a wedding, office wear, a gift.

Step 2: We confirm on WhatsApp

We WhatsApp you to confirm the time and the pieces. If you'd like something different, just reply. You'll get a reminder the evening before.

Step 3: Try at home

Our team member arrives in your window with your tray. Try things on with the outfits you'll actually wear them with. Mix and layer — ask for styling ideas if you'd like them.

Step 4: Keep what you love

Pay for what you keep, by UPI or cash. Everything else goes back with us. If nothing feels right, that's completely fine.
